Australian Lutheran College is well situated in Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia. Founded in the 1830s, and with a population of around one million, Adelaide offers students, tourists and residents a wealth of opportunities and experiences.
The campus of the college is just twenty minutes walk from the central shopping centre of Adelaide, the Adelaide University, the city east and city west campuses of the University of South Australia, the Art Gallery of South Australia, and the South Australian Museum.
Church offices and agencies either adjoin the campus, or are a minute or two away. These include the National Office of the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA), the Lutheran Laypeople's League, and the headquarters of the South Australian district of the Lutheran Church of Australia.
