Administration - Fee Schedule

2009 Fee schedule
ALC Tuition Fee Setting Policy Payment of tuition fees on or after enrolment
All fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the scheduled unit.
Students may choose the following payment options for tuition fees:
  • to pay all tuition fees upfront on or before scheduled unit commencement [Note: if you choose this option, you cannot commence the unit(s) until fees for that semester/trimester have been paid]
  • to pay all fees via FEE-HELP by completion and lodgment of 'Request to FEE-HELP Assistance Form' prior to scheduled unit commencement
  • to pay a portion upfront and defer the remaining portion of fees via FEE-HELP prior to the census date

    [Note: payment can be made upfront for one or more units with the remaining units being added to your FEE HELP debt. However, full unit payment not part-payment of a unit is required.]
    *Please note that for new domestic students enrolling for the first time in a course, there is no longer an applicable application fee.

    Hospitality (GST free)

    Boarding Fees

    The boarding fee for single accommodation on campus is $240 - $255 per week.

    Goods & Services Tax (GST)

    Australian Lutheran College will charge GST where required by Australian Government legislation and fee schedules indicate when GST is included. Tuition fees are GST free whereas ancillary fees and charges attract GST.
