Archer Street units

These townhouses were built to accommodate ALC on-campus students with families.

There are 17 units in all, ranging from two to three bedrooms, with all the modern conveniences needed to accommodate a family. All units offer heating and air conditioning.

These units are located on the perimeter of the campus facing Archer Street.

Catharine Court flats

Located just a three minute walk from the college, this block contains 12 flats that are ideal for couples wanting to live in close proximity to the campus.  These flats are also available to single ALC students who would like self-contained accommodation, often sharing with another student.

Most flats have two bedrooms and contain built-in wardrobes. A communal laundry is provided for residents.
