Log in – Continuing Students

Students may access their personal records directly through the ALC student management system: ALC student management system

Username:        Your personal student ID number
Password:         As per your personal saved password

If you have forgotten your password please contact the Office of student records student.records@alc.edu.au to have your password reset.

Log in – New Students

Username:        Your personal student ID number
Password:         dd/mmxxx (see explanation below)

First time only enter password as follows:
Your date of birth in the form dd/mm plus the last three characters of your student number dd/mmxxx (ensure you use the forward slash in your password)
For security purposes please change your password immediately.

How to change password

Having logged into the student management system scroll down to the Student Details section.

Click on 'Edit Login Details' button to show the login details

Enter the following:
Current password
New password
New password verify

Please note: The system may automatically log out and you will need to log in again to view your results.

Most frequently asked questions in relation to help

Some areas that have been causing problems for students are: 

  • forgetting to include the forward slash '/' in the default password. Your default password should appear like dd/mmxxx (not ddmmxxx)
  • locating the right username. Your username is your student ID number which is 9-12 digits in length. This can be obtained from your student card or Payment Advice and Enrolment Status statement
  • using your ALC Online password instead of the TAMS default password
  • being prevented from accessing the website by your computer's virus protection

How to request enrolment summary

While logged into the student management system click on the Summary tab.
Scroll to the Student Details section:

Click on the 'Email Enrolment Summary' button.

The enrolment summary will be emailed directly to the email address recorded in the ALC student management system. 

How to view your results

  • Click on Summary tab on left hand side (if not already in the Wizard - Student Summary screen)
  • Scroll down to the Course Enrolled by Student screen:
  • Click on 'Academic Record' button to view your results
  • Click on 'View' button to view your course details
