Students may access their personal records directly through the ALC student management system: ALC student management system

Most frequently asked questions in relation to help
Some areas that have been causing problems for students are:

forgetting to include the forward slash '/' in the default password. Your default password should appear like dd/mmxxx [not ddmmxxx.]

locating the right username. Your username is your student ID number which is 9 digits in length. This can be obtained from your student card or Payment Advice and Enrolment Status statement

using your ALC Online password instead of the ParadigmEMS default password

being prevented from accessing the website by your computer's virus protection

receiving messages on your screen, such as examples listed below; if this is the case, advise the help desk and the problem will rectified immediately.
