Guidelines for application for enrolment form

The guidelines will assist you to complete your application for enrolment and unit enrolment forms.

Student induction

Please click on domestic induction or overseas induction to find the relevant policies and procedures ALC is required to provide for your induction, then sign the 'Declaration' section of your application for enrolment form to confirm that you have read and understood the information.

The form finder table provides a course list to help you find the appropriate enrolment form.

Critical enrolment dates for 2010

Here you will find the start dates for each ALC study period as well as critical withdrawal dates to avoid financial or academic penalties. See critical enrolment dates.

Submitting your form

Please note: that sending in your form via regular post is recommended. If you choose to send an attachment via email, security cannot be assured.
