Accommodation

ALC students and other tertiary students are able to apply for long term accommodation [at least 12 months] at ALC by filling out the form below. For further information on applying for accommodation email the Business Manager.

Family accommodation for ALC students

Archer Street Units

These townhouses were built to accommodate college students with families. There are 17 units in all, ranging from two to three bedrooms. They have all the modern conveniences needed to accommodate a family. All units contain a refrigerator, washing machine and have heating and air conditioning.

These units are located on the perimeter of the campus facing Archer Street.

Catharine Court

Located within a three minute walk from the college, this block contains 12 flats that are ideal for a couple wishing to live in close proximity to the campus. Almost all of the flats have two bedrooms and contain built-in wardrobes and a refrigerator. A communal laundry is provided for residents.

Single accommodation for ALC and tertiary students

This accommodation is available not only to students who study at ALC but also to those students who are studying at one of the universities, TAFE colleges or commercial colleges in Adelaide. All students must be full-time to be eligible to board at ALC.

The single accommodation is provided in 3 boarding houses— Graebner Hall, Hamann Hall and Melrose House.

The rooms are comfortable and there is ample room for study.

All meals are provided seven days a week (we only close between mid-December and mid-January each year). A fully-equipped laundry is also available. The rooms are cleaned and fresh linen provided on a weekly basis.

Limited parking space is available on campus.
