We have a management structure in place to provide residents with as much support as possible. Its role is to help residents, encourage the building of community spirit and provide after-hours assistance where necessary, including dealing with emergencies and matters of security.
Where assistance is needed, residents are encouraged to contact our Business Manager during the day, and the Residential Head Senior or Senior Residential Assistants at other times. The contact telephone numbers are provided at the beginning of the Residential Student Handbook and the On Campus Directory.
There are two residence seniors per floor. Their principal role is to help new residents settle into community life, to nurture the development of community spirit within the residential hall and to liaise with the Residential Head Senior and Business Manager on behalf of the residents.
Our chaplain and pastoral care people are contactable both during the day and in the evening.
