Watson, Barclay - Business Manager

Barclay is a member of ALC’s Leadership Team which oversees the strategic operations and plans for the College on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Barclay’s primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for ALC’s financial, administrative, and human resources functions, and the tertiary residential accommodation facilities.

Wegener, Malcolm - Emeritus Lecturer

Mr Malcolm Wegener taught at ALC from 2002 to 2007 in the areas of Education, retiring from full-time teaching in April 2008. The December 2007 edition of the Lutheran Theological Journal (LTJ 41/3) contained an editorial tribute to him and other retirees.

Wilkinson, Bronwyn - Community Caregiver

Bronwyn’s role is to be a support person for ALC on campus students and families. One student has described this role as ‘a ministry of availability’. Bronwyn is available to listen to people, including staff, who would like a chat or sounding board or to talk confidentially about concerns, everyday challenges, problems or a difficult decision they are facing.

Winderlich, James - Principal

James has served as an LCA pastor since 1991. He has also served as the chair of the National Safe Place Committee, the chair of Finke River Mission and as an assistant bishop in the SA/NT district of the LCA.
