Refunds and Cancellations
Generally, orders for goods/services may be cancelled as per below:
1.1 Where workshop registration orders are cancelled, the refund for the workshop will be given, less $50 for the administration fee.
1.2 If you register but fail to attend, you are still liable for full payment.
2.1 Students who have enrolled in a subject and then wish to withdraw must do so by the published withdrawal date or within 3 weeks of enrolment; a fee of $50 for administration will be charged.
2.2 If materials have been accessed, an administration fee of $50 will be retained and all other paid monies refunded. If a workshop has been attended, the audit fee for the workshop will be retained and all other paid monies refunded.
2.3 After the published withdrawal date or after 3 weeks from the enrolment date, full tuition fees will apply.
3. General purchases
3.1 Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
3.2 You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods/services have been wrongly described, are different to the product/service purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
